The tables may have just turned on all of Usher’s accusers and in his favour if what Sandrarose.com is reporting is anything to go by. The online news portal is reporting that Usher may very well not have herpes as it is being bandied by his accusers.
Recall that celebrity attorney, Lisa Bloom had announced on Friday that she had three new clients, a man and two women who were getting ready to sue R & B crooner, Usher for exposing them to herpes without warning them before having sex with them. While two of the new accusers, Jane Doe and John Doe do not want their real names mentioned, the third, Quantasia Sharpton, alongside Lisa Bloom, held a press conference on Monday where Quantasia alleged she had a tryst with Usher in a hotel room as she was celebrating her 19th birthday two years ago.
Even though she isn’t infected with herpes, she says she still suffers severe stress and embarrassment after learning she might have been exposed to the incurable sexually transmitted disease. Infact, it has been discovered that a week before she filed the STD lawsuit, Quantasia had proclaimed on her social media, using the alias, Angel Valentino, that she was broke and needed money.
Before the latest accusers, Radar online which first broke the story with supposed evidence had revealed that Usher’s first accuser had been infected with herpes and that Usher coughed up $1.1 million to settle the case. After her, another New Orleans R&B singer filed a $20 million lawsuit against Usher for allegedly infecting her with herpes.
Over the weekend, Sandrarose.com was said to have met with a credible source within Usher’s camp who provided documents and photographs that proves Usher Raymond did not pay his former babysitter, his first accuser, Maya Fox-Davis, a $1.1 million settlement. A closer look at Radar online’s report shows pieced together documents that does not include a front page which should include names of the plaintiff, the defendant, and the lawyers involved in the case.
Radar Online reported that the legal complaint was filed at the Superior Court in Los Angeles. Unfortunately no one can locate the legal documents including Lisa Bloom and that is because the legal complaints don’t exist. Also Radar online published a check in the amount of $2,754 issued by David Weise & Associates an accounting firm in Los Angeles that issued the check to Maya Fox-Davis as payment for babysitting services in 2012 which is obviously not a settlement check from a law firm to close a case. Radar online was unable to publish the settlement check because the settlement check does not exist.
Usher is said to be quietly building a defamation case against everyone including his accusers and lawyers, reason why he is yet to respond to all the allegations. Little wonder his wife, Grace Raymond, is unfazed by the accusations because she knows her husband is clean. Well let’s see how this plays out.
