Uche Jombo’s marriage: All is well as husband apologizes for breakup rumours

For Uche Jombo, there is no breaking up happening as her marriage to her American based husband, Kenney Rodriguez as both the Nollywood actress and her husband have publicly debunked any such news with a photograph of themselves and a caption by her husband where he publicly apologized to her for the breakup rumours.

Uche Jombo herself had fueled the speculation of a marriage breakup when she posted on social media that she was taking her family off social media to maintain her family’s privacy. She equally removed her husband’s name on her bio on her instagram. Naturally, many concluded all was not well with her marriage.

Then came pictures from someone who claimed to know Uche Jombo’s husband. The pictures were of Kenney Rodriguez in a compromising position with a younger woman. The person who supplied the pictures claimed that Uche Jombo’s marriage was going down hill and that her husband was having an affair with the younger woman who is a student at a University in America and that Uche Jombo’s husband was responsible for school fees.

While Uche Jombo refused to lend her voice to the said pictures, the rumour mill continued to speculate and conclude that her marriage was finally over. Then just yesterday, fellow actress and friend, Omoni Oboli commented on a picture of the couple together, saying she was looking forward to seeing them for a refreshing vacation without the kids. This gave credence to the fact that there was nothing wrong with Uche Jombo’s marriage.

Then just this afternoon, Uche’s husband, Kenney Rodriguez, took to his instagram to publicly apologise to his wife for the negative talks she has had to endure in the media over their marriage. He added that his wife was undeserving of the inaccuracies in the press. He squashed any talk of their marriage collapse adding that he has  taken legal actions to control the situation.
