Even though Tola Adegbite, sibling to Reni Folawiyo has a knack for the creative industry, running her own bespoke furniture design and manufacturing company as well as having a nose for interior design, all under one roof, RFH Limited, she has never the less decided to expand her creative frontiers to include the fashion designing. To this end, she has floated a fashion house which she calls Turfah Designs. A few weeks ago, she had a showing of her collection at Alara, a luxury concept store owned by her sister, Reni Folawiyo. Made up fluid frocks with balloon sleeves, they all came in different colours to suit different skin tones. As expected, Alara will also be stocking Turfah Designs alongside other Nigerian and Western designs the store already stocks.
