2017 has indeed been a good year for Toke Makinwa who has stayed winning on every side. Following on the success of the launch her book, ‘On Becoming‘ last year, the on air personality  started out with an avid book tour that saw her traversing London, Ghana, New York, Houston, Washington DC  and South Africa.

Not even her estranged husband, Maje Ayida’s law suit against her for N100m in damages for defamation over the book and insisting that all forms of promotion of the book be stopped could deter her from continuing with her quest to promote the book in as many cities of the world as possible.

Just last month, she got signed on to be an ambassador for premium vodka, CIROC alongside singers, Tekno and Banky W. While still basking in the euphoria of that, Toke Makinwa spoilt herself silly with a 2017 range rover SUV which she called her dream car. And now, she has been added to long list of entertainers who have been signed on to be ambassador for Western Lotto, a licensed gaming platform.

Life has been indeed good to Toke Makinwa. Not also forgetting that she has been preparing in earnest to give back by starting an empowerment programme which has already been endorsed by a number of her celebrity friends.
