On-air-personality, Toke Makinwa has finally launched her skincare brand, ‘Glow by TM’. A few days ago, the journalist drew the ire of many on social media after she posed nude to promote the beauty product, ‘Glow by TM’ which offers a wide range of face and body products for traditionally hard-to-manage skin tones.
According to Toke Makinwa, the Glow by TM collection is created for women of all skin tones and personalities. The skincare product, she said, boasts of formulas that work for ageless, spotless skin, getting rid of dark spots, hyperpigmentation, sunburns and sunspots.
The ‘On Becoming’ author partnered with Buluwa Inc, a California-based beauty developer in a $2m deal to create the product. Toke Makinwa said, Worked so hard on my own skin care line, I can’t wait to share it with you all. The journey to clean, brighter, clearer, is no joke.
“I’ve had points where my whole skin fell apart and as a product junkie, I’ll try on different ones just looking for that magic been to a lot of beauty fairs too. Then I met Buluwa, partnering with a million dollar company to create skin solutions has been such a ride, join me on a ride to glowing skin.”
