Giuseppe Zanotti has chosen to collaborate with singer and songwriter, Zayn Malik for an exclusive footwear collaboration. The masculine line called ‘Giuseppe for Zayn’, features two boot options, in addition to two sneaker styles, offered up in shades of green and black. According to Giuseppe Zanotti, who thinks of Zayn as a cool guy and an epitome of a modern rebel, the duo met during Paris Fashion Week in 2015 and realized they had a similar attitude and approach: iconic, edgy, and expressive. He considers Zayn’s bold and individualistic vision, easy coolness, and love for fashion a great deal. For Zayn, he says he loves to design and can’t see that suddenly stopping adding that fashion, like music, reaches everyone and has turned out to be another outlet for him. The collection is a mix up of the iconic ‘rock ‘n’ roll’ styles and a use of organic colours.
This isn’t the first time the singer will be collaborating with a designer. Last year, October to be precise, the former One Direction star, teamed up with Donatella Versace on a fashion collection.
