Seun Egbegbe who is still languishing in jail now has one reason to be happy as his girlfriend, Oyenike has just welcomed a bouncing baby girl. Unfortunately, the film maker will not be there to celebrate the newest addition to his family

Recall that Seun was arrested for defrauding some Bureau De Change operatives at Gbagada in Lagos on 24th of February, amount totaling N40,647 million, that is, $29, 800,00, and £4, 815. He pleaded not guilty to the fraud charges, was remanded to prison custody and was granted bail on February 24th.

The judge had reportedly ruled that the two sureties in the like sum of N2.5 million each must be: a civil servant on level 16 who deposits his international passport, and a property owner in Lagos metropolis who deposits a certificate of occupancy. Both sureties are also to be mandatorily profiled with their office and home addresses verified.

In April, Egbegbe, still unable to meet his bail conditions, cried out, complaining about the strict nature of his N5 million bail condition. He is still languishing in prison.
