A full list of occupants of Osborne Towers in Ikoyi, Lagos where operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) discovered over $43million, has been revealed. The building, located at 16 Osborne Road in Ikoyi, has nine floors of 19 apartments and two penthouses.

Apartment 1A: Former GT bank MD, Fola Adeola

Apartment 1B: Former governor of Anambra State,  Peter Obi

Apartment 2A: Ahmed Kida

Apartment 2B: Ahmed Kida but currently occupied by former MD PPMC, Esther Ogbue

Apartment 3A: Kayode Sonaike

Apartment 3B: Sterling Assets

Apartment 4A and 4B – Leo Stan Ekeh

Apartment 5A: Sterling Bank

Apartment 5B: Damian Dodo, SAN

Apartment 6A: Mo Abudu

Apartment 6B: Career Terminal and Logistics Ltd.

Apartment 7A: Mr. and Mrs. Edo-Osagie (Daughter of PDP Chieftain Anthony Anenih and her husband)

Apartment 7B: (Where the $50m was found) Chobe Ventures Limited, owned by Folashade Oke, wife of DG, NIA)

Apartment 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B: Former PDP chairman, Ahmed Muazu who originally owned the building but later sold it

Recall that the National Intelligence Agency  Director-General Ayodele Oke had said that the money was meant for covert operations authorized by President Goodluck Jonathan during his tenure. Also the woman who was discreetly ferrying the money into the apartment in bags was Mr. Oke’s wife, Folashade.
