Investment guru, Sonnie Ayere, is set to give marriage a second chance and is reportedly doing so with his current girlfriend, Uche Ajene. While Sonnie Ayere is well known in the financial circle as the Chief Executive Officer of Dunn Loren Merrified – a leading investment banking firm, his soon to-be wife, is no push over herself. A graduate of Boston University, Uche is the Managing Consultant (Director) of Quadrant MSL Nigeria, a subsidiary of Troyka Holdings Limited.
Sonnie Ayere who became well known in social circles due to his relationship with Thisday Style editor, Ruth Osime, disappeared from the social scene after his relationship with Ruth came to an abrupt end. While it lasted, they seemed so smitten with each other with many hoping that Sonnie would eventually walk her down the aisle. In fact during her 50th birthday celebration about five years ago, which had in attendance business leaders and top dignitaries in the economic, social and political sectors of the Nigeria, Sonnie was more or less like the ‘chief host’ of the party as he contributed immensely to making it a memorable party for Ruth.
But no sooner did the DJ stop playing that things fell apart between the couple. Both have since moved on with their lives with Sonnie planning to settle down before the end of April 2019. Both Sonnie and Uche who are live in lovers already, have three kids between them.
