Hollywood actress, Reese Witherspoon is on a mission to fight against inequality and for diversity in Hollywood. The 42-year-old Oscar winner who covers the February edition of Vogue magazine, opened up about her efforts to push for progress and change in the industry. Reese who is also an activist and a businesswoman also shares her thoughts on gender equality, representation, and more.

Besides being an actress, a profession which brought her fame. Reese Witherspoon runs a lifestyle brand, Draper James as well as a production company, Hello Sunshine. She is also an author and has written books such as Whiskey in a Teacup: What Growing Up in the South Taught Me About Life, Love, and Baking Biscuits.

On becoming a major voice in the Time’s Up movement, she says, “I didn’t think a moment like this was going to happen. We’re not there yet. But I lay down and dreamed of all this stuff seven or eight years ago and now it’s finally starting to happen. I guess what I do now is start thinking of some more dreams.”
