For anyone who is a follower of the real estate business in Nigeria, Ruth Obih is not only seen as a leading lady in that sector, she is regarded as a well respected and an authoritative voice in the real estate business in Nigeria. Just in her late 30s, Ruth Obih who is a lawyer by training is the CEO of 3invest Limited, a real estate acquisition and investment company and 3invest Intelligence which is focused on real estate media and advocacy which boasts of three arms – a radio programme airing on Classic FM and Beat FM, the annual real estate UNITE Conference Exhibition & Awards and the online portal for real estate information and advocacy. Well the good news is that Ruth Obih quietly tied the knot with her long time beau in far away Houston, Texas where her husband is based, earlier this month. Her husband, Linus Obuah,a graduate of University of Louisiana is a technical engineer at Coil Tubing Services, a division of Schlumberger, Houston, Texas.
