Many Nigerians are indeed disappointed at actress, Funke Akindele-Bello for hosting a house party on Saturday April 4th in celebration of her husband, AbdulRasheed Bello’s birthday and flouting Lagos COVID-19 lockdown.
The party was attended by a number of guests more than the number allowed by the Lagos state and federal government in the wake of the coronavirus scare and Nigerians have expressed their disappointment in the couple especially because Funke is not only an ambassador for Nigeria Centre For Disease Control, she is also an ambassador for Dettol and only recently sensitized the public on how to prevent the spread of the virus.
In attendance at the party were her siblings, controversial Nigerian singer, Naira Marley, some of her colleagues like Eniola Badmus. Nigerians in venting their disappointment, are asking that all guests of the Bellos at the birthday party be quarantined while some are asking that they all be arrested for flouting orders.
