She is well versed in helping beauty entrepreneurs promote and build profitable and successful beauty brands so when it was time to create some form of semblance for makeup artists in Nigeria, Omolola Faleye came to the rescue.
She recently launched the Makeup Artist Guild Nigeria and succeeded in getting most of the top makeup artists and pioneers in the industry to be a part of it. In addition to bringing on board Tara Durotoye of House of Tara and Banke Meshida-Lawal of BMPro, others who are also a part of the guild are Enitan Balogun of LISE cosmetics, Lolade Ogunjimi of Dainty Affairs, Bimpe Onakoya, Bolanle Okusanya Feyita etc.
The whole essence of the guild is to establish, promote integrity and raise high standards within the makeup industry through the active participation of members, by offering some benefits that will enhance various enterprises. To keep the guild alive, Omolola Faleye made some of the members, governors who will serve as expert spokespeople to the guild. They will also ensure the guild remains relevant with the needs of its executives and the industry at large. They will also provide support, inspire, teach and motivate both old and incoming members of the guild.
