Nollywood producer, director and actor, Theodore Anyanji is dead. The thespian who has been away from the limelight for while now, was said to have been battling an undisclosed ailment, from which he never recovered from.
Nollywood actress, Chinyere Nwabueze broke the news of his death in a facebook post while also paing tribute to him. She wrote, “Words Failed me! I shouldn’t be typing ds bcos i thought you have conquered death dt has been lurking around you ds past five years…we were all waiting for ur speedy recovery so u could make a big come back to d industry but death refused to bow. Death!
“What has Men done to u?And ds time u dealt me a very heavy blow by taking away my Friend,my Confidant,My Mentor and my Able D.Theodore Anyanji was a very good Man to me.My Success Story in Nollywood cannot be Complete without acknowleging d role he played in my budding acting career…Theodore believed so much in me.He gave me my first major lead roles.
