A few days ago, Tanzanian born entertainer, Diamond Platinumz had on a radio interview, accused his ex wife and mother of his two children, Zari Hassan, of cheating on him while they were still together, with Peter Okoye of the defunct PSquare and her Kenyan personal trainer.
He said, “Zari was dating P-Square’s Peter a few months before she and I got our first baby, Latiffah Dangote. I read messages that she and Peter sent each other via mobile phone. I even confronted her.”
According to Diamond, he forgave Zari for the affairs which he knew about, because he was going to end the relationship.
Zari immediately denied the allegation, adding that anyone who believed Diamond Platinumz is as stupid as him. Taking to her Instagram page, she said, “I was about to sleep and people started sending me these voice notes about how Nasibo (Diamond Platnumz) went to his radio tarnishing me, how I had a relationship with P-square, my personal trainer and all those things.
“And I’m just here thinking if you guys are gonna believe any words that come from a man like him, the same man who denied his own blood. If you all are gonna believe anything he says, then you all are just stupid just like him.”
Also, Peter Okoye now known as Mr P equally decided to address the allegation during an interview with Cool FM. Peter said Diamond was ‘stupid’ to have said that.
“To be honest with you, I do not know what they are talking about. I can never, and would never say anything. Please, I have a new single, and I do not want to get distracted. I do not want to comment on Diamond’s allegations. In fact, it is stupid.
“Once people discover that you are doing well, the devil just finds a way of rearing its ugly head. Nonetheless, we are friends with Diamond Platnumz; he is my guy.”
