Mariah Carey may be currently worth an estimated $520 million but that did not deter her from collecting financial settlement from her billionaire ex-fiance, James Parker. The duo who was engaged from January to October 2016, quietly reached a financial settlement few months ago. Aside pocketing a few million dollars, the talented singer was able to keep her huge diamond engagement ring which her then Australian fiance coughed out a princely $7-$10 million for. Although Mariah Carey was holding out for a $50 million settlement, their eventual agreement was reportedly worth considerably less than that with the overall settlement package put between the region of $5 and $10 million.
