It is no longer news that two of the most successful artists to come out of Africa, (Peter and Paul Okoye) PSquare and their older brother (Jude Okoye) inclusive, are currently feuding for reasons yet to be ascertained with fans and foes pointing accusing fingers at their wives as being the cause of their feud. The feud was further fueled when a video, purportedly recorded at the brothers’ lawyer’s chambers made its way into public space. In the video, PSquare nearly came to blows while throwing invective at themselves but for the intervention of those present in their lawyer’s chambers.

Now their lawyer, Festus Keyamo who recently celebrated his elevation into SAN has refuted all allegations of the Okoye brothers’ wives being the masterminds of the feud. The popular lawyer said none of the wives of the twin brothers, Peter and Paul Okoye, PSquare, has anything to do with their feud, noting that the wives have kept their respectable and dignified distances from all the issues involved.

Keyamo who is known to represent several Nigerian musical artists also denied his law firm being responsible for the leaked video of the twins in an altercation. He however admitted that the feuding brothers had on some occasions in the past, had meetings in his chambers as late as 12 midnight and 2a.m., one of which he said was captured in the video circulating online which occurred in 2016 and not recently as is being bandied around. While appealing to Nigerians to grant the Okoye family the privacy, prayers and support they need, he added that efforts were under way to reconcile them.
