R and B singer, R. Kelly is all set to sue Lifetime, producers of the docu series on him, Surviving ‘R.Kelly’, a shocking documentary about his past, for what he says is, promoting lies about him. He is also launching a new website called ‘SurvivingLies.Com’ to expose his accusers as liars who only want his money. R. Kelly also claims he has never watched a minute of the six-part docu series yet but from the backlash he is getting, he is pissed off and ready to sue everyone involved in the ordeal of killing his name and brand.

The singer has reportedly claimed that he doesn’t know many of the women interviewed by Lifetime who claimed to have had sex with him when they were underage and that he’s disgusted by the allegations made in the film which he sees as a vendetta led by people who’ve hated him since his career took off in the early ’90s. Kelly reportedly also alleged that people who wanted to defend him weren’t allowed to appear on the documentary and that he’s going to sue everybody who had anything to do with this.

However, the production company behind the series denied Kelly’s claims to saying there is no truth to his claim that the people who wanted to defend him weren’t allowed to appear on the documentary. “We would have welcomed someone who knew him and actively wanted to defend him.”
