Innocent Chukwuma, founder and chairman of Innoson Motors has denied allegations of an amorous affair with a certain lady named ‘legit queen.’
A social media platform had claimed that the wealthy businessman’s side chic was ‘legit queen’ but that the affair ended after the Innoson boss kicked her out of his life.
According to the social media platform, the aftermath of the affair breaking up is ‘legit queen’ going broke.
While the platform did not mention any name, it is well known within Nollywood and among entertainment enthusiasts that actress, Angela Okorie is the one who goes by that appellation.
Reacting to the allegation, Chukwuma slammed the platform demanding for a retraction and an apology for the defamatory and libelous statements against him.
In a statement signed on his behalf by the Corporate Communications Department of his company, it read, “It has brought to the attention of Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma CON of a highly defamatory and libelous statement published by the blog ‘Cutie_Jullss’ on Feb 17th, 2025.
“Apparently, Chief Innocent Chukwuma (Innoson motors) from uru Nnewi don porshue Legit queen ooh. No wonder she went broke somehow. Cos it didn’t make sense when her landlord evicted her,”
“It is not only false and baseless but also maliciously intended to tarnish the hard-earned reputation and integrity of Chief Chukwuma.
“The aforementioned statement is entirely untrue, fabricated, and lacks any factual basis. It has caused significant harm to Chief Innocent Chukwuma’s personal and professional reputation, as well as caused undue distress.
“We hereby demand that Cutie_Jullss:
1. Immediately retract and pull down the defamatory post from all platforms where it has been published.
2. Issue a formal, public apology to Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, to be published on the same platform where the defamatory statement was made and remain visible for a period of no less than seven (7) days.
3. Cease and desist from further publishing any false, defamatory, or misleading statements about Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma.
“Failure to comply with these demands within 48 hours of this notice will leave us with no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a defamation lawsuit against Cutie_Jullss and seeking substantial damages for the harm caused.
“We take this matter very seriously and will not hesitate to take all necessary steps to protect the reputation and rights of Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma CON.”
