The Minister of State for Petroleum and former NNPC GMD, Ibe Kachikwu, over the weekend attended the New Yam festival celebrations in his home town of Onicha-Ugbo in Delta State, clad in animal print warrior ensemble. The minister was so excited to be part of the annual celebration that he couldn’t help but to display his dancing skills.
