Uzoamaka Ohiri, ex-wife of comedian and talk show host, Chinedu Ani, a.k.a Nedu, has said that she did not intentionally give another man’s child to her ex-husband.
Uzoamaka also said she did not cheat on Nedu during their brief marriage as alleged by him but she was in a relationship before meeting the comedian.
Nedu had alleged that she was unfaithful during the relationship and brought an illegitimate child home.
He had said,“Our marriage was one plagued with a lot of issues. One of which was continuous infidelity from her side that led to me conducting a paternity test on our kids, which led to the revelation that our first son is not my biological son, even though he was born within the period during which we were married.”
Uzoamaka, however, said she was not aware she was pregnant for her ex-boyfriend before starting a relationship with Nedu but that she was sure that Nedu was the father of the other two kids.
The Street Journal had earlier reported that Nedu over the weekend posted a DNA test result which was signed by one Dr. Harvey Tenenbaum, president at Viaguard Accu-metrics, Ontario, Canada on June 24, 2019.
The document stated that the possibility of Nedu being the father of the child in question was zero per cent.
She accused him of beating her barely days after she had just been delivered of a baby through surgery.
But Nedu countered with evidence that he was indeed the victim of domestic abuse from his wife.
In defence of Nedu, one of his close friends, Jos based comedian, Osama revealed that the said illegitimate child belongs to Ohiri’s sister’s husband. He said, “If Nedu won’t talk about this issue, I will. I have been there from day one and I know everything, not just me, plenti other people.
“The domestic violence this woman is claiming is funny because Nedu is even the one suffering the domestic violence. He had to run out of the house in 2017 without any clothes, just his car.
“This woman in question most times attack him so bad that he even locks the door sometimes for his safety. You can see the video on the slide.
