Prominent personalities, including President Muhammadu Buhari, on Saturday attended the wedding Fatiha of Hajiya Fatima, daughter to Governor Abdullahi Ganduje and her groom, Idris Ajimobi, son of Governor Abiola Ajimobi in Kano State. The wedding Fatiha which was conducted by the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi II at the Kano Central Mosque was ably supported by the Chief Imam of Kano, Prof. Sani Zaharaddeen. President Buhari, who stood for the groom, gave out the N50, 000 dowry to Ahmed Bola Tinubu, who represented the bride at the occasion. Other important personalities that attended the grand wedding fatiha were Senate President Bukola Saraki, several governors, ministers as well as over 10 traditional rulers from across the country.
