Funke Akindele Bello and her husband Abdulrasheed Bello aka JJC Skillz continue to solidify their relationship, and now the power couple have joined forces to launch their own record label, SOP Records. This update comes hours after the Nollywood star surprised the rapper with a heartwarming intimate birthday in celebration his 40th birthday. The actress also dropped a musical video starring her, the rapper’s children, and the new artistes of SOP Records all of them wishing JJC a happy birthday.
The lineup of artistes include Gem Stones -a duo consisting of Olanma Pearl Awa-Agwu, the first runner up of MTN Project Fame (season 8), and her twin sister, Uzoma Ruby Awa-Agwu; Mo Eazy, Sonorous, and Martin Feelz. This comes as a surprise to many fans who have come to learn how much it takes to launch an artiste’s career, how much more five at a go. However Funke and JJC have shown faith in these young, upcoming stars by bringing them to the spotlight at the same time, and we hope they deliver.
