Senator Dino Melaye has thrown caution to the winds and called out his state governor, Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State with whom he has been at loggerheads with, accusing him of being behind the current move by his constituents to recall him from the National Assembly.

The Senator took to his social media to post a rather vile message to his state governor.

Bello had on Wednesday described the senator representing Kogi West as a social defiant that should be checked by the Senate. He said the federal lawmakers needed to carry out the exercise urgently before they would be adjudged birds of the same feather with Melaye.

Meanwhile, the Senator has been banned indefinitely from holding any public demonstration in any part of Kogi State by the State Police Command due to the break down and law and order when unknown gunmen attacked people at a rally being addressed by Sen. Dino Melaye in Lokoja on June 12.

Not only did the Senator not obtain permission before holding the rally, the security situation in Kogi State is currently tensed.
