Afrobeat star, Femi Kuti, has revealed that a member of his band, Aghedo Andrew, disappeared 20 minutes before a performance in the United States of America on Sunday. In a post on his social media pages, Instagram and Twitter, Femi revealed that the show was almost ruined because the bassist was supposed to play with him.
“My bassist Aghedo Andrew nearly ruined my concert yesterday in New York @SummerStage, He disappeared (absconded) 20mins before show time. I want to thank the rest of the band for standing strong and giving one of the best shows of the tour.”

The show marks the sixth concert in Femi’s One People, One World global tour and his performance generated raving reviews from guests.
