For one not known to court controversy, Falz the Bad Guy ahs certainly courted one with his recent advice to his musician colleagues to shun the urge to praise sing fraudsters otherwise known as Yahoo boys. In an interview with Hip TV, the comedic singer said that hailing fraudsters was more or less like glorifying something wrong and advised that artistes should desist from doing so as they are mostly seen as role models who youngsters look up to.
Even though he said nothing wrong, not a few took it to mean that he was referring to singer, 9ice even though he made no mention of 9ice or any of his colleagues. For that reason, social media became divided as some hailed his comments while others felt he had no moral right to give any advise as Davido with whom he made a song with, went off on Dele Momodu, a former presidential aspirant who is also a veteran journalist. In the song, ‘Bad Badoo Bahdest’, Davido referred to Dele Momodu as his boy and this is not unconnected to the public feud between Dele and Davido’s family over the sneaky nature they attempted to take Davido’s daughter, Imade from her mother, Sophie, who happens to be Dele Momodu’s cousin.
Imade who was just about 3 months old needed the care of her mother at that age and was almost denied that were it not for Dele who raised alarm. Davido resorted to slandering both Sophie his baby mama and her uncle and went as far as disrespecting Dele in the song he made with Falz.
Well 9ice has since spoken out saying his single, ‘Living Things’ doesn’t promote fraud. He made sure to clear the air in an exclusive interview with the same Hip Tv.
Meanwhile an angry fan of 9ice wwnet to great lengths to pen Falz an open letter. The fan with instagram name, @segun_wire noted in his write up that upon investigation, it could be possible that Falz’s father is also involved in corrupt practices. He wrote:

You speak of SOFT WORK ….only GOD knows your own definition of SOFT WORk and why is nobody coming out to judge you for that term SOFT WORK ..now person talk CHACHE you they complain shey na your lappy them they use ….Because you are privileged to shine with MUSIC and not the witty occupation called LAW full of lies and deceit …Let’s take us back to the foreign music we listen to most of the musicians over there speak of drugs and ammunition just to tell the tale of their experiences but there wasn’t any foolish advocate or whatsoever …MIND you every artist in this country is entitled to the kind of message they want to pass out there to their fans …so why complain bitterly out of ignorance …if you so want to help , first of remove the BHAD GUY in your name as it portrays a bad example to the young ones and please MR man avoid tapping ass In all your videos with those half naked girls !!! Check your self properly before throwing shades at anybody!! Many are out there unprivileged, unlike you born with a silver spoon from a better school in Nigeria to schooling abroad !! While the poor masses are out here hawking pure water just to send their kids to school and yet they are still been harassed by law makers like your self .. MY GUY the beautiful ones are not yet born as the country is full of corruption…even your PAPA gather do corruption if na lie ….make we investigate!! Many awesome Yahoo boys and kind hearted artist are at least using those money to open foundations programs and helping the poor masses !! They are the new generation ROBIN HOOD !!
