If the instagram posts of musician, Dr Sid and that of his supposedly estranged wife, Simi Esiri, publisher of lifestyle magazine is anything to go by, then their union is as good as back. Last year their union of three years had all the tell tale signs that it might collapse as the couple faced issues that are yet to be disclosed but they successfully masked it by making public appearances together. According to a highly placed source, “They’ve been having issues for a very long time. Things degenerated so bad that Simi had to move out of their home a couple of times.”
At a point, Simi no longer wore her ring, and they also unfollowed each other on Instagram. Simi also deleted the wedding anniversary post she made on Instagram in August along with all her wedding photos. While Dr Sid was said to be making efforts at wooing his wife back, Simi already had her mind made up. However, to the surprise of many, during the wedding ceremony of Fatima, Aliko Dangote’s daughter, both Dr Sid and Simi Esiri were seen cozying up to each other. They both posted a photograph of themselves with the following captions:
