British Designer Debbie Wingham known for her luxury over-the-top commissioned creations that tend to come with price tags of an eye-watering sort, has created yet another master piece, the world’s most expensive pair of shoes. The shoes valued at $15.1 million feature extremely rare large pink and blue diamonds which alone cost more than $13 million (£9.8 million) alongside four flawless three-carat white diamonds and 1000 pointer diamonds framing some of the iced cake-like detailing.

The zippers and plaque beneath the shoes are crafted from solid gold and every one of the precious stones are set using platinum. The handmade stilettos are even made from leather painted with 24 carat gold paint and sewed together with 18 carat gold thread. Each one is adorned with Arabian Jasmin flowers, also made from leather, and the inside includes gold thread embellished inlay.

The shoes which were made for an unnamed indigene based in the United Arab Emirates took hundreds of man hours to put together and was a collaboration between Wingham and Florida-based contemporary artist, Chris Campbell. Wingham contributed the ideas while Campbell himself made the shoes.  This is the fourth extremely expensive item the designer has made over the last few years. She also created a $4.6 million dollar black dress, a $15.5 million abaya, and a $74 million cake.
