There were lots of cheers and tears at 2018 edition of the Vodacome sponsored Ghana Music Awards which took place at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) over the weekend with several favourites winning and many more loosing out. The annual awards which recognises the works of musicians and producers who have excelled during the year under review of the awards, had quite a number of side attractions, one of which was Tiwa Savage bringing the roof down at the 19th edition of the ceremony. Also Davido bagged the award for African artist of the year but was unavoidably absent to pick it up.
