Beyoncé is all set to give out college scholarships which she calls ‘Formation Scholarships’  to 4 young lucky ladies for the 2017-2018 academic year. The expectant mother of twins and global superstar is giving back to young women as part of the one-year anniversary celebration for her ‘Lemonade’ album.  The scholarship fund is meant to encourage and support young women who are unafraid to think outside the box and are bold, creative, conscious, and confident.

Women who are interested in studying creative arts, music, literature, or African-American studies are welcome to apply, and the schools participating include Berklee College of Music, Howard University, Parsons School of Design, and Spelman College. Four scholarships will be awarded, one per college, to female incoming, current, or graduate students pursuing studies in either of these courses but nothing was revealed about how much the scholarship would cost.
