Editor-in-chief of Vogue magazine, Anna Wintour has been named a Dame, Commander of the British Empire for her contributions to journalism and fashion. The fashion powerhouse met with Queen Elizabeth II in London, where the 91 year old royal matriarch, 91, gave the honor, the female equivalent of a knight to 67 year old UK born Wintour, at a ceremony at Buckingham Palace.
