Andy Uba steps out with alleged second ‘wife’

The romance between former gubernatorial candidate, Senator Andy Uba and Abuja based televangelist, Pastor Faith Vedelago, the founding ‘pastor’ of Faith Miracle International Christian Center , Abuja, was finally defined last Friday when the former Special Assistant on Domestic Affairs to former President Olusegun Obasanjo got many gob smacked, defied all odds and stepped out with the biracial woman at the Pastor Paul Adefarasin led The Experience, an annual praise and worship concert organized by his church, House on the Rock. That the former Senator could openly step out with Pastor Faith further goes to confirm that he may have indeed have decided to make a wife out of her judging by how much affection he has for her coupled with the fact that she has children for him. All of this comes as a surprise especially because a few years ago, Andy Uba had done all in his power to put a lid on his relationship with Pastor Faith and prevent it from becoming public knowledge. In fact he at a point accused his first wife of almost 30 years, Gloria Obiageli of being the brain behind the revelation and stories of his affairs with the then single mother pastor, to the media. Andy had threatened to throw her out of his home but was restrained from doing so because of the nature of his union with her. And who would blame her? To avoid the collapse of her marriage or anyone taking her man from her, Obiageli was almost at her wits end running from pillar to post to get people she felt her husband respected to talk some sense into him. But nothing she did could stop him from being with Pastor Faith. Infact it was even said that in 2007 during his brief stint as Anambra State governor, Andy had stopped protocol officials from producing the portraits of Gloria, his first wife as his first lady. The directive was said to have been influenced by his then Pastor mistress who is known for her flamboyant lifestyle which she flaunts regularly on instagram. With this new development, one wonders what has become of his first wife and mother of his four children.
