“I am impressed with Samklef’s professionalism and having worked with a number of recognized international record labels and music, it was only a matter of time before he came on board, said Rozina Negusei, CEO of En-Treeg Records and Akon’s wife.

Samklef whose real name is Samuel Oguachuba, who has since relocated to the US took to his social media to make this announcement and has been over the moon. Before his relocation, Samklef was one of the go to persons for anything music related. He came to limelight working with some of the best in the music business in Nigeria and it wasn’t until he produced six records on Wizkid’s debut album, ‘Superstar’ that his fame skyrocketed. Wizkid’s album was a huge success.

He also tried his hands on singing and released his debut album, ‘NONI’ in 2010 followed by an international version titled, ‘NONILIZING’, released January the following year. After years of being away from the music business in Nigeria, Samklef returned with a mind blowing performance at the BET Africa events for the 2017 BET Awards Week. He performed his hit single, ‘Molowo Noni,’ to the delight of guests.
