Celebrated man about town and socialite, Ahmed Uwhubetine, owner of the now defunct 11:45 is back in town and has been operating rather quietly except for a few sightings. The Urhobo born lawyer at a time was the go to man when it came to night club business and he did run some of the snazziest and hottest night clubs before disappearing. From 11:45 to Tribeca to Reloaded, Ahmed did it all until he was rumored to have suffered serious financial losses and eventually left the night club business. His absence from the Lagos social scene sent tongues wagging. While some attributed his absence as a way to strategize, reposition and rebrand, others alluded to the fact that he did time in an American jail. Still others insisted that the later was all balderdash and that he relocated to Atlanta Georgia to operate the biggest night club there. Whatever the case is, the dude is in town but no one knows yet what he is up to.
