The former first lady of Anambra State, Ebelechukwu Obiano has stated her own side of the story after her altercation with Bianca Ojukwu during the inauguration ceremony of Charles Soludo, the newly sworn in governor of Anambra State.
According to a statement released by her spokesperson, Chidiebere Obika, the former first lady revealed that the only thing she did was to approach Bianca Ojukwu for their usual friendly banter, only to be slapped and pushed by her.
She wondered what brought about “so much anger and hate” that would cause a former diplomat to be unable to “manage herself in public.”
The former first lady added that she didn’t bother returning the slap, instead, she walked away in utter bewilderment.
Recall that during the inauguration of the newly elected governor of Anambra State, Governor Charles Soludo, wife of the former governor of Anambra State, Ebelechukwu Obiano and Bianca Ojukwu engaged engaged in an altercation following a slap on the face of Ebele by Bianca which attracted the attention of people at the event.
