Maduagwu is best known for trolling public figures and doesn’t have any acting credit to his name. He has faced backlash on numerous occasions over his love for controversies.

On Sunday, he called out Jim Iyke in an Instagram post. Maduagwu had called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate the actor’s wealth, citing the instance of Hushpuppi, the embattled celebrity fraudster.

“I’ll leave Nollywood if Jim Iyke tells us his source of wealth. Please nobody should beg me on this matter because I have already made up my mind on this issue. Is Jim Iyke the only one in Nollywood?

“Look at the expensive lifestyle e dey live and down in Lagos and Abuja? Someone told me e no dey buy expensive cloth from Nigeria again, e now import the most expensive ones abroad, please what is his source of wealth again?

“Any day we meet or see I go use my Abuja connection to beg EFCC boss to invite am, we never recover from what Hushpuppi do us, now this one is changing expensive cars up and down like Hushpuppi of movie industry. Even dem pay me N10 million to enter movie location with am, if e no tell us his source of wealth I go refuse.”

Jim Iyke was said to have tracked him down to a yet-to-be-identified studio and confronted him.

In a video of the clash which surfaced online, Iyke was seen telling the self-acclaimed actor: “I told you that I would find you.”

Maduagwu, who was ostensibly shocked to see Jim Iyke, had fired back, saying, “Wait, how did you know that I’m here. See, EFCC will carry you for this wey you come here. You know they’re looking for you”.

His response had further infuriated Iyke who darted towards him and attempted to lay his hands on him before he was held back by people around him.

Maduagwu, who was seen stepping back into a room amid the confrontational, could be heard saying “I’ll sue you.”

But still rankled, Jim Iyke wriggled his way out of those holding him and ran after Maduagwu.

“Are you mad? You’ll sue me? What are you waiting for?” he was heard saying.
