It is probably the era of returning to Christian roots as popular secular musician and entrepreneur, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo more popularly known as D’banj rededicates life to Christ.

The 40-year-old songwriter mentioned this during his appearance at ‘Bliss Experience’, a church event hosted by Moses Bliss, a music artist. He stated that he had always acknowledged God as his source while also according Him due honor in all of his albums.

While recalling how his new found the Lord Jesus Christ, the singer reflected  on how he and his mix-blooded wife, Lineo Didi Kilgrow, mourn the loss of Daniel Oyebanjo III, their one-year-old son in 2018. The toddler was reported at the time to have drowned in the pool at the singer’s home in 2018.  Koko master as he fondly called said God has replenished him by blessing him with not one but two children.

On his 41st birthday which held on June 9th, DBanj further proved that he is now sold out to Christ when alongside his birthday mate, actress, Tonto Dikeh marked the special occasion together by having a worship session while surrounded by friends and well-wishers.

At some point in the video, the obviously moved Tonto lay on the floor as she praised God. Dbanj was also seen on his knees giving thanks.

Meanwhile, his fans are excited about this new development as they are hopeful his decision will resuscitate hid dwindling musical career.
