Prisca Chikwendu-Nduka, sister to Femi Fani-Kayode’s estranged wife, Precious Chikwendu, has revealed details of why the politician’s fourth marriage, which produced four sons crashed.

Chikwendu-Nduka, who appears to the older sister to Precious, the estranged wife, in a lengthy writeup said she had been silent on the issue and it is time to take a stand.

She mentioned that a certain Reverend Okey and Joy Onyemachi, both relatives, were aware that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain was physically assaulting her sister, especially when she was pregnant, but encouraged her to endure because of monetary gain.

She disclosed that she had engaged the Onyemachis about her sibling leaving the marriage, but they defended her staying despite the abuses, because of the children and the medical bills Fani-Kayode was paying for his mother in-law who later died of cancer last year.

She wrote; “It is disheartening when the people you look up to, and who should have your back, turn against you because of monetary gain. I have kept silence on this issue, but it’s time we took a stand. Rev Okey Onyemachi and Joy Onyemachi, you both cannot deny knowing that my sister’s husband beats her! Aunty Joy Onyemachi, you have witnessed him beating her severally especially during pregnancy.

“I have had discussions with both of you severally about her leaving that marriage before he kills her, but you both said she has to stay on that it makes no sense her leaving him without anything after giving him sons. When my mom was still here, the excuse for her staying on was that he was paying her medical bills which he actually did…”, she said.

Chikwendu-Nduka accused the clergyman and the wife of painting the other siblings as enemies, who wanted Precious to leave her marriage. The lady disclosed that Precious had to protect herself with a knife during one of the scenarios she was to be beaten by the former aviation minister.

“Yes the incident with the knife occurred, but the truth you purposely ignored is that she picked that knife to protect herself from being beaten again and you both know it! A house she had no say in, a house where she was constantly beaten and humiliated before staff and sometimes visitors.”

According to her, the mother of four did not have a say in a house she endured torture and suffering a wife for six years. She also claimed that there was an incident Precious’ younger sister was locked up in police detention, for protecting their sister from abuse.

Chikwendu-Nduka stated that Fani-Kayode referred to their family as “peasants” because he feels there is no one to speak for them, as their parents are now late.
“A house where her family and siblings are disrespected and insulted over meaningless things, where her younger sister had to spend nights in police detention for protecting her while he was beating her when pregnant for the triplets, where her people are called peasants and humiliated because he feels they have no one to speak for them…”

She said her family has left the Onyemachis to God, for all the maltreatment of their sibling.
