AMAA 2019: King of Boys wins big + full list of winners

The 2019 edition of the Africa Movies Academy Awards, AMAA, which took place at Landmark Events centre, Lagos, saw Nigerian films clinching some of the most important awards of the night, with Kemi Adetiba’s King of Boys clinching the most wins. The 15^th edition of the awards ceremony was hosted by Lala Akindoju, Lorenzo Menakaya, and Funnybone, here is a lit of the winners below:

Best production Design: Redemption (Mozambique)

Best Costume Design: Mercy of the Jungle (Rwanda)

Best makeup: Mercy of the jungle

Best soundtrack: Mabata Bata (Mozambique)

Best Visual Effects: Delivery Boy, Nigeria

Best sound: Sew The Winter In My Skin (South Africa)

Best cinematography: Sew The Winter To My skin

Best editing: Rafiki Kenya

Best Screenplay: Redemption, (Mozambique)

Best Nigerian Film: King Of Boys

Best actor in a supporting role: Jarid Geduld
