Omenka Uzoma, the business manager of embattled reggae musician, Majek Fashek, has revealed that the rainmaker is seriously ill and has been hospitalized for the past two weeks. In a short video clip revealing the true situation of things, Omenka says: “We are at the Queen Elizabeth hospital here in England. Majek is not dead as some people are insinuating. He is sick. Let us not wish him dead but pray for him to survive it and I’m sure he will survive it. He is sick.
“Anybody can be sick. We only need financial support. I have run out of money and I have been doing this alone for the past three years. We have not received any support from any bigman that claimed he has supported us. The hospital bill is being taken care of but the upkeep is the money we need. Thank you fans for your concern. Let us pray for the legend. God bless!”
Majek was rushed to London after a brief admission in a Lagos hospital for an unknown but serious illness.
