She was one of the many women connected to Rev Chris Okotie, who were all seeking his attention to have him make them his better half after he parted ways with the wife of his youth, Tina. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and Evangelist Elishama Rosemary Ideh, a widow, moved on with her life. The 54 year old mother of three must have gotten her inspiration to joined the growing number of people who have thrown in their hat into the political ring when she worked closely with Rev Chris Okotie and played a major role in his last presidential campaign under the platform of Fresh Party, Elishama Rosemary Ideh witnessed firsthand what goes on during a presidential campaign and what it takes to make such declarations.

A former property merchant turned evangelist, Elishama Rosemary Ideh who is the head of group of Ministries: Christ The Ever Present Ministries(CTEM), PFANN&ELISHAMA Ideh Ministries INT, plans to actualize her presidential ambition and challenge the incumbent president, Muhammadu Buahri  under Alliance for a New Nigeria ANN, the political party recently adopted by the Nigeria Intervention Movement NIM.

In her declaration speech, Elishama Rosemary Ideh said among several other things that, “Nigera needs a leader who combines integrity with intelligence and a deep and vast understanding of the implications of the 21st Century global economy and Nigeria’s place in it. Today, Nigeria stands at a critical crossroad, poised uneasily between two destinations: the one leads to the prosperity, power and greatness that her enormous natural and human resources should rightly bestow on her, while the other leads to the very real prospect of a continuation of the present decline in her economic fortunes, to the point of collapse and indeed to outright disintegration.”

Well it remains to be seen how far she would go in her aspiration to be president but kudos to her for making an effort.
