She took to her instagram to pen her thoughts saying,
“My first international Cover and its VOGUE. I remember the beginning of this year, my mom asked me so what’s your goal and wish for 2018 I said to get my first vogue cover , I said I don’t know how it’s gonna happen but I know with God everything is possible. I wrote this goal everywhere in my room , I wrote it on my phone, every day I dreamed of it  Day by Day I continue to vision it and prophecy it. And today June 1st my dream became a reality. I am on the cover of @voguegermany. Today is the day that I will forever remember.”

Mayowa Nicholas has no doubt taken the modeling world by storm and has been on a roller coaster ride since she relocated out of the country to pursue her modeling career. She has nabbed r numerous endorsements; from snagging a beauty campaign with fashion and beauty house, Marc Jacobs, making her the first Nigerian model to do so, to walking on various international runways for big fashion houses like H&M, Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Hermes, Dior, Balmain, Dolce and Gabbana, Dianne Von Furstenberg, Prada etc. Mayowa Nicholas has represented them all. Not also forgetting her snagging various editorial spots for several lifestyle magazines of international repute, from Vogue to W to Harpers Bazzar and now Vogue.

Last year, she missed walking the runway of the prestigious Victoria Secret Fashion (makers of premium women lingerie and beauty products) even after she was handpicked.
