Even though former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria, Iheoma Nnadi is besides herself with joy for finally walking down the aisle on May 26th, with Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emmenike, nine months after having a baby together, the light skinned beauty is worried deep that she didn’t pull off the wedding of her dreams, no thanks to the shoddy job of her wedding planner, Denike Balogun of Diamond Ink Events.

Iheoma Nnadi had hardly settled down from tying the nuptial knots with her husband, when she took to her social media the following day to call out Denike Balogun, berating her for planning ha sub standard wedding for her despite the millions of naira she doled out for it. The former beauty queen, said that not only were the monies and mobile phones of her esteemed guests stolen at the strictly by invitation wedding, some of her specially invited guests didn’t have food or drinks served them even though there was more than enough to eat and drink. She also added that her husband’s hip flask which was kept where they were seated was stolen while they were having their first marital dance.

She went on to say that there were mint sellers at her wedding, one of her bridesmaid saw an uninvited guest bribing the body guard to get into the wedding and she certainly didn’t see some of the dishes she paid for at the wedding. The wedding vendors hired by the wedding planners, according to her, is story for another day as they acted unbelievably.

Denike Balogun, the wedding planner

What irked her the most was the fact that not only was the wedding planner rude and uncouth to her, when she complained about the chaos while the reception was on, Denike Balogun chose to completely ignore her. She called the wedding planner who stopped speaking to her three weeks to the wedding, arrogant, inexperienced and an incorrigible planner. Iheoma said she was in awe at her lack of professionalism, respect for her clients and bringing her personal attributes to her job which was a total turn off. Simply put, Denike Balogun of Diamond Ink Events isn’t fit to be a wedding planner.
