Over the weekend, presidential hopeful, Atiku Abubakar’s step son, Anthony Chuka Douglas tied the knot with his heartthrob, Whitney Erin Woods at the Madinat Jumeriah luxury hotel in the United Arab Emirates capital, Dubai. Besides the politicians who came to felicitate with Atiku, one of who was Senator Ben Murray Bruce, there were also quite a number of celebrities, one of who was Ramsey Nouah, in attendance at the ceremony which spanned three days (April 12th to April 14th) and which had comedian, actor and movie producer, AY Makun as the anchor.

One of the stand-out touches of excellence at the beautiful ceremony was a canopy of roses under which the couple read their wedding vows. The temple of roses was sat right in the middle of the wedding venue, bursting with bounteous white and pink flowers interspersing to give a fairy tale feel to the couple’s big day.

The groom’s mum, Jennifer Jamilah Abubakar nee Iwenjiora was a an NTA news reporter in the early 1980s and after her marriage with her first husband packed up, for whom she bore the groom for, she would later marry Atiku Abubakar in the late ’90s.
