Singer, Innocent Idibia aka 2Baba has addressed speculation surrounding his ongoing separation and divorce from his wife, Annie Idibia.
He has also confirmed his romantic involvement with Natasha Irobosa Osawaru, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly.
Natasha who currently serves as the Deputy Majority Leader is the daughter of Desmond Osawaru and Philomina Osawaru the first daughter of Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, prominent businessman and philanthropist.
Natasha who holds a law degree from Igbinedion University and a master’s degree in Film Production from Full Sail University in Florida, represents the Egor constituency in the house on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The singer dismissed widespread claims linking 32 year old Natasha to the breakdown of his marriage, stating, “I have seen so many things, so many people coming up with their own false and malicious nonsense after I posted what I posted.”
Tuface described Natasha as a beautiful, smart, and amazing young woman whom he loves and intends to marry.
However, he clarified that she played no role in the dissolution of his marriage with Annie.
The singer emphasized that he and Annie are not in conflict and that they both understand the reasons behind their separation.
The couple, who have been married since 2012, have been living apart for some time before filing for divorce last month.
In January, Tuface announced his split from Annie in a social media post.
